GZO - 'Gründerinnenzentrum OÖ' /Wels (centre for female entrepreneurs)

The 'Gründerinnenzentrum OÖ' (GZO) is the Upper Austria centre for female entrepreneurs and is an initiative of GTZ Wels. The centre aims to support women in their thirst for independence - through providing optimal infrastructure, reasonable rents, management and child care! More details at www. gzo.at.

 

BIZ - Business & Innovation Centre Wels

The BIZ-Wels offers approx. 10,000 m² of high quality office, service and laboratory space. Assisted by architects, an individual space planning programme is carried out and the agreed construction measures implemented within 2-3 months (based on the list of basic equipment) with no extra costs for planning and adaptation.

The BIZ-Management is responsible for the furnishings, marketing and communications. The BIZ consultants and partners will support you as a new tenant, introducing you to the BIZ company community and remaining on hand throughout to provide tips and advice. More details at www.biz-wels.at.

 

  WDZ 1 - 6, 'Welser Dienstleistungszentrum' (Wels services centre)
